Option 1: Staple mesh to subfloor.  Staple OVER the mesh in between the heating element wires.  NEVER staple over element wires.

Option 2: Use double sided tape.  Many of our mats come with a double sided tape already adhered.

Option 3: apply a thin layer of thinset mortar to the subfloor with a 1/4" trowel.
